Mission Statement

New York State Federation of School Administrators' (NYSFSA) mission is to educate and advocate for the significant role of educational supervisors and administrators in the 21st century. Our goals include the identification of resources to support and continousily develop highly skilled certified supervisors to meet the challenges of educating today's and tomorrow's students. NYSFSA is a strong voice for lobbying on behalf of our school systems for sufficient funding and quality professional development for school leaders .  It is our belief that every great successful school has great school leaders .
